ABOUT US

Our Story

In the summer of 2017, 40+ people left sunny California and moved across the country with one shared conviction: that the kind of church described in Acts 2 wasn't just ancient history. It was something worth building today.

We landed in Chapel Hill, put down roots, and in 2019, those roots grew into Raleigh too!

Acts2Fellowship is a warm, multi-generational community of co-vocational ministers and college students following God together in the everyday rhythms of life — the dinner tables, the late-night conversations, the ordinary Tuesdays. We're a place for people exploring faith for the first time, giving church another shot, or simply wanting to grow alongside others who are serious about Jesus.

Our Vision

Rooted here. Sent out.

Our prayer is to see every person who walks through our doors — especially college students and young adults — come to know God deeply, live their faith genuinely, and go out as lifelong kingdom workers. Because here's the thing: we were once the people who packed up and moved. And we'd love nothing more than to see the people we're discipling do the same and do it better. To take what they learned around our dinner tables, in our living rooms, in the mess and beauty of real community — and bring it somewhere new. To plant something. To stay somewhere. To love a city the way we've tried to love this one. That's what we're after. Not just a church that grows, but a church that multiplies — sending out people who are more rooted, more equipped, and more on fire than we were when we first got here.
